The decentralization of wastewater treatment is a growing trend in many parts of the country.  A key component to the science and implementation of this technology is the soil scientist.  Providing a timely, cost-effective product to the client, while managing for changes in regulations and market conditions, is a real challenge for every consultant.  Experiences and insights gained in this sector will be discussed.
